Glendive scored four runs in the second inning to take a 5-0 lead before Columbia Falls came back to tally three of their own in the next half inning. Amber James went 3-for-3 with two doubles to pace the Wildkats and Morgan Kane was 2-for-2. Glendive 141 00 - 6 5 2 C. Falls 030 00 - 3 7 2 Caudill and Kirby. Jessica Owens and Amber James. W - Caudhill. L - Owens. GLENDIVE - Stearns 0-2, Christianson 0-2, Erickson 1-2, Johnson 1-3, Stanhope 0-3, Wagner 1-1, Kirby 1-3, Lebar 0-2, McClellan 1-1. COLUMBIA FALLS - Amanda Milliard 1-2, Tia Yaegar 0-3, Lindsay Nelson 0-2, Amber James 3-3, Kayla Stinger 0-3, Renae Nelson 1-2, Mandy Toavs 1-2, Morgan Kane 2-2, Cedar Smith 0-2. 2B - Wagner, James 2. RBI - Johnson 3, Milliard, Toavs, Smith. Columbia Falls 14, Laurel 11 At Butte, the Western A Wildkats scored seven times in the bottom of the fifth and the game was halted there due to time limitations. Amber James hit a home run and finished 2-for-4 with a game-high three RBIs for Columbia Falls. Amanda Milliard drove in two and was 3-for-4 for the Wildkats. Tia Yeager added a pair of RBIs for Columbia Falls. Morgan Rowe threw a complete game to get the win for Columbia Falls. She scattered 17 hits.
